Janis Tafoya My name is Janis Tafoya and I live in Farmington, N.M., and have lived in this area most of my life.
I started painting after retirement and it has become my sole passion...
I love to paint, and use vibrant colors....I paint flowers the most
because I love the color, shading, blending and shapes...I also paint
landscapes, seascapes and am getting into fantasy more and more..


My painting come from my experiences, feelings, and trials in life.
I am an emotional painter, painting from the inside out...I am a
